Crew leaders receive training in 4-H Challenge facilitation, tool use, trail maintenance, Certified First Aid, community-building games, and how to have fun while establishing a safe learning environment. Crew leaders will work together to develop their leadership and facilitation skills throughout the summer. You will also receive regular feedback and support from the rest of the adult staff so that you feel comfortable and empowered in this important role.
